I recently had the honor and pleasure of photographing an elopement on the Oregon coast for an incredible couple. Lindsey and Duncan share a love that was a joy to capture. They travel to new places together and encourage each other often. They are always hugging or holdings hands, reminding each other ‘I’m right here’. But most importantly, they love each other unconditionally. I saw all of these things in just the few hours we shared together. It was an honor to capture this season of their life together.

If you’re thinking about traveling to a beautiful place to share your vows, I highly recommend the coast of Oregon. Oregon elopement photography is stunning. Evidently, there is no spot along this beautiful coastline that isn’t a perfect backdrop for vow exchanges.

Now as wonderful as it can be to travel to a destination spot like the Oregon coast to elope, there is no wrong place for you and your person. As a destination and Oregon elopement photographer, I’ve seen this many times. Wherever you go – whether it’s a wedding venue in your hometown, a beautiful spot a few hours away, or a national park across the country – the real beauty will be found in the vows you share.
