As a wedding photographer currently based in Atlanta, Georgia these are my favorite wedding venues. I have also lived in Massachusetts, California, and Chicago, and I have loved getting to shoot at the best and most beautiful venues in the peach state. Georgia has so much to offer, and the venues do not disappoint.

The Cowan Historic Mill is a gorgeous wedding I was honored to photograph at. A venue that is definitely worth being on the list of my favorite venues, The Cowan Historic Mill is certainly special. This wedding was in the midst of summer last year, and it was truly beautiful. Jalen was so excited to see his bride during their first look and Brianna was glowing the entire day. It was one of the sweetest I’ve captured to date. From the details, to first look, to family, to reception, this day was one for the books.

1. The Swan House at the Atlanta History Center – This historic mansion offers a romantic and elegant setting for weddings with its lush gardens and stunning architecture. The Swan House is located just outside of Atlanta and is easily accessible. This venue is the epitome of timeless luxury!
2. Foxhall Resort – This luxurious resort located in Douglasville offers a picturesque backdrop for weddings with its sprawling 1,100-acre estate, featuring lush gardens, lakes, and rolling hills. There are endless spots for pictures here, and so much for guests to do around the resort.
3. The Foundry at Puritan Mill – If you’re looking for a more industrial vibe, this is your venue! This industrial-chic venue located in Atlanta offers a unique and stylish setting for weddings with its exposed brick walls and high ceilings. There is plenty of light that comes in through their massive windows, making it the perfect indoor space.
4. The Venue at Tryphena’s Garden – The tranquil and intimate setting of Tryphena’s Garden is lovely for any wedding. This charming venue located in Fort Valley offers beautiful gardens and a serene lake. The gardens offer a unique backdrop that you’ll be pressed to find elsewhere in Georgia. I highly recommend checking this one out!
5. Meadows at Mossy Creek – This gorgeous venue is situated on a picturesque 17-acre property in the mountains of Cleveland, Georgia. It’s the perfect mix of modern and mountains, with a beautiful outdoor ceremony space, a modern all white barn, and stunning Bride and Groom suites for getting ready.
6. West Milford Farm – The rolling hills, meadows, and wooded areas are wonderful for couples looking for a stunning natural setting for their wedding. This venue is just north of Atlanta in Cumming, GA, set on 28 acres. The rustic barn is perfectly coupled with the beautiful meadows and unique touches. My favorite part of this venue is the greenhouse on-site that makes for gorgeous photos.
7. Barn South – The perfect all white barn! Barn south is gorgeous for indoor ceremonies as well as using the barn for a backdrop for outdoor photos. Barn South is pure gold with all the modern touches and beautiful photo spots.
8. Julet Chapel – This charming venue features a beautifully restored chapel and a scenic outdoor ceremony site, as well as a barn for receptions. Julet chapel feels like a fairytale set in gorgeous gardens! A truly unique option!
9. Toccoa Falls – The gorgeous waterfall at Toccoa falls obviously sets this location apart. I can’t think of a more special backdrop for a ceremony site! This venue location doesn’t include many accommodations but sure makes up for it in beauty. If you’re looking for something outdoors, natural, and awe-inspiring this is it!
10. Hadden Estate – Last but certainly not least, Hadden Estate is one of my new favorites! This venue is located on a picturesque blueberry farm and was built in 2017. The modern touches of this new venue are beautiful and charming. A beautiful option!
