New England Charm : Summer On Cape Cod Wedding

Cape Cod has always had a special place in my heart, and now even more as a wedding photographer. It has picturesque landscapes and coastal charm, evidently making it an idyllic setting for a summer wedding. The sun-kissed beaches, quaint seaside villages, and vibrant atmosphere create a magical backdrop for couples looking to exchange vows in the warm embrace of the season.

Emily + Jack made their vows to each other only steps away from Emily’s childhood home. They had all their favorite people beside them and it was so sweet. We walked to the ceremony, and then walked down to the docks for photos. The joy was so evident, it felt like you could hold all the love in your hands.

In this blog post, I wanted to provide some of my best tips that I’ve gathered after photographing weddings on Cape Cod. Let’s dive in.

  1. Choosing Cape Cod as Your Wedding Destination:
    • The natural beauty of Cape Cod, including its sandy beaches, lighthouses, and lush landscapes is wonderful. Undeniably, it is perfectly charming, relaxing, and beautiful.
    • Summer on Cape Cod is wonderful. Above all, the weather is the most ideal, with an average temperature of 79 degrees. The sea breeze makes for the perfect wedding day, undoubtedly not too hot or too chilly.
  2. Cape Cod Wedding Vendors:
    • Some of my favorite Cape Cod wedding vendors are listed below! The community of vendors who work on Cape Cod in the summer is absolutely wonderful, consequently making wedding planning on Cape Cod such a great experience.
    • Cape Cod Celebrations – Wedding Planner
    • Botanique Florals – Florist
    • Cape Cod Winery – Winery for Rehearsal Dinner or Welcome Dinner
    • Cape Cod Glam – Makeup Artist
  3. Venues & Accommodations:
  4. Preserving Memories for a Lifetime:
    • Wedding photographs are truly priceless. There is nothing better than preserving the moments that make up the best day of your life. Choosing Cape Cod as your summer wedding destination opens the door to a world of romance and natural beauty. I hope you enjoy the bliss of planning a wedding & getting married in charming Cape Cod.
